Statement by the MCA: Notification of designation of a Legal Representative by Kick Streaming Pty Ltd under Article 13 of the DSA
The Malta Communications Authority hereby gives notice that today, 29 August 2025, it has received a formal notification from Kick Streaming Pty Ltd, providers of the online platform Kick.com, that Dr Ryan Barwari has been designated as its legal representative in Malta in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, the Digital Services Act.
