Key highlights from the 2024 report include:
- The identification of 32 intermediary services established in Malta.
- The transmission of five complaints to other DSCs following assessment under Article 53 of the DSA.
- The certification of Malta’s first out-of-court dispute settlement body, RGOAL Ltd. (Adroit).
- The application of the Foundation for Social Welfare Services (FSWS) for Trusted Flagger status.
- Active participation in all eight working groups of the European Board for Digital Services.
- Ongoing national outreach efforts, including the launch of Malta’s Digital Services Forum.
