MCA's 25th Anniversary Commemorative Postage Stamps

To mark the 25th anniversary of its establishment, the Malta Communications Authority (MCA), in collaboration with MaltaPost, has issued a special edition set of commemorative postage stamps under the theme "Regulating for a Connected Digital Future".

The set comprises six stamps, each representing a key area of the MCA’s work over the past quarter-century: electronic communications, postal services, digital services, cybersecurity, and international engagement, as well as a sixth stamp featuring the 25-year anniversary logo of the Authority. The design elements featured on each stamp are drawn from past MCA Annual Reports, reflecting the Authority's evolving role since it was set up in 2001.

Members of the public wishing to purchase a set of the MCA's 25th Anniversary commemorative postage stamps are kindly asked to submit their request through the Order Form available here.

When filling out the order form, buyers are asked to indicate their preferred collection method:

  • Collection in person from the MCA's offices at Valletta Waterfront, free of charge; or
  • Delivery by registered mail, at the buyer's cost.

Payment can be made either via bank transfer, or by cheque upon collection of the stamp set/s.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All proceeds from the sale of the commemorative stamp sets will be donated to the Malta Community Chest Fund Foundation.
