Consumer Perception Survey on Mobile Telephony - 2025

The MCA is hereby publishing the findings of its latest mobile telephony perception survey, which explores consumer views on mobile expenditure, quality of service and switching behaviour, all based on household experiences. The survey also examines the growing use of mobile data and OTT services, as well as the level of uptake of eSIM technology.
