On the 16th September 2013, the MCA published a consultation paper titled A Postal Authorisation Fee Structure for a Fully Liberalised Market Environment.
The Consultation, which ran through to the 21st October 2013, sought views from the industry and members of the public on the proposed authorisation fee structure.
