Following the notification of the respective draft measures to the EU Commission in July 2012, the MCA is today publishing the response to consultation and decision on wholesale access and call origination on mobile networks.
This decision follows an earlier national consultation exercise carried out between the 21st of May 2012 and the 22nd of June 2012.
