The MCA launched a national consultation exercise on transit services in the fixed public telephone network between the 18th of July and the 31st of August 2011.
Following the closure of consultation, the MCA notified its draft measure to the EU Commission in October 2011.
Pursuant to Article 7(3) of the Framework Directive, national regulatory authorities, the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications ('BEREC') and the EU Commission may make comments on notified draft measures.
The MCA is hereby enclosing the EU Commission letter dated 14th November 2011 with no comments on the notified draft measure.
