Decision updating the Directive on Modalities of Payment for Authorisations under the Postal Services Act

On the 15 December 2021 the MCA issued a consultation proposing an amendment to Directive Number 1 of 2005 (as amended in 2017) entitled ‘Directive on the Modalities of Payment for Authorisations under the Postal Services Act’. Stakeholders had until the 4 January 2022 to make any submissions in relation to the amendment as proposed in the aforesaid consultation. As on the 4^th January 2022, no submissions were received. Accordingly the MCA has issued an amended version of the aforesaid Directive which is effective as from the 5th January 2022.
