Consultation - MCA Market Analysis concerning the provision of wholesale dedicated capacity in Malta

The MCA is hereby initiating a consultation exercise on its market analysis concerning the provision of wholesale dedicated capacity in Malta. 

This consultation defines the relevant wholesale market, outlines market developments and presents the findings from the assessment of competition in the relevant market. The findings from the assessment of competition inform the MCA’s proposed regulatory approach in this market.

Interested parties are invited to submit their feedback by the 1st of November 2022. Arrangements for submitting comments are explained in more detail in Chapter 7 to the consultation document.
