On the 8th August 2016 the MCA published a consultation document entitled ‘Licensing framework for the Complementary Ground Component (CGC) of the 2 GHz Mobile Satellite Service (MSS)’.
The Consultation, which ran through to the 23rd September 2016, sought mainly the views from stakeholders on the proposed licensing regime for CGCs.
The MCA has received a response to this consultation from the following interested parties and stakeholders:-

- Vodafone Malta Limited
