The Malta Communications Authority (MCA) has published its report on the complaints received during the first six months of 2016. This report provides an analysis of the complaints received by the Authority during this period and also provides information on enforcement actions and related monitoring activities undertaken by the MCA.
In total, the MCA received 126 complaints out of which, 99% were closed within 20 working days. The complaints lodged with the Authority during this period, related predominantly to bill issues, quality of service, and termination. During this period the Authority also received 304 requests for information.
