Households’ Perception Survey on Postal Services – 2025

The MCA is publishing the findings of a survey assessing household perceptions of postal services in Malta, conducted between November and December 2025. The study examines key areas such as usage patterns and volumes of letter mail, registered mail, and parcel post. It also explores the use of parcel lockers and PAFS, awareness of the universal service obligation, and overall customer satisfaction with the quality of service.
