End-User Affairs: Half Yearly Report (January - June 2025)

This report mainly provides an analysis of the complaints received by the Authority during this period. In total, the MCA received 33 complaints. The complaints lodged with the Authority during this period, related predominantly to billing followed by quality of service, contractual matters, and termination and switching of services. During this period the Authority also received 288 requests for information. To complement this report, the MCA has also published a short information sheet highlighting the key findings. This summary is designed to provide stakeholders and end-users with a quick snapshot of the main insights observed during the reporting period.
