Consumer Perception Survey on TV services - 2025

The MCA is hereby publishing the findings from the latest TV and broadcasting perception survey, examining household experiences with local pay-TV subscriptions and other content services. The survey explores insights into consumer perceptions on expenditure, quality of service and switching behaviour. It also highlights the increasing use of alternative content platforms, such as internet TV and DAB+ radio services.
