The MCA is also responsible to ensure that service providers comply with their obligations at law and that end-users are provided with up-to-date information on their rights and obligations when using any communication service. In this respect, we intervene when service providers fail to fulfil their legal obligations.  Decisions taken in relation to breaches of consumer-related provisions administered by the Authority are available below.
