Roaming - What happens when I am roaming outside the EU/EEA?

Answer

The RLAH measure does not apply in countries outside the EU/EEA, however in accordance with the EU Roaming Regulations there are a number of consumer protection measures which are applicable whilst roaming in these countries.

We suggest you check with your mobile service provider how much you will be charged for making and/or receiving calls and SMSs, data usage, call diverts and voicemail when roaming outside the EU/EEA. If you decide that you want to disable any of the above facilities to avoid such charges, enquire with your service provider to guide you accordingly.
