Notice and Action Mechanisms (Article 16 of DSA) - Concerns how the provider handles notices and actions against illegal content or activities.
Statement of Reasons (Article 17 of the DSA) - Relates to you not receiving adequate explanations for decisions made by the provider.
Internal Complaint Handling/Out-of-Court Settlement (Articles 20, 21 of the DSA) - Relates to the provider's internal complaint handling processes or out-of-court settlement procedures.
Online Interface Design/Advertising (Articles 25, 26, 39 of the DSA) - About the design of online interfaces or advertising practices on online platforms.
Recommender Systems (Articles 27, 38 of the DSA) - Relates to recommender systems used by the provider.
Online Protection of Minors (Article 28 of the DSA) - About the protection of minors in online environments.
Consumer Distance Contracts (Articles 30, 31, 32 of the DSA) - Relates to the use of online platforms allowing consumers to conclude contracts made at a distance with traders.
Does not fit into the categories listed above but is still related to an alleged infringement of the DSA
