Managing Common Operational Issues in a Multi-operator Environment - postal sector

Through this Decision Notice the MCA is introducing a set of minimum standards setting out the duties and obligations of licensed postal operators relating to managing common operational issues in a multi-operator environment. 

The objective of these minimum standards is to minimise postal operator and consumer confusion in a multi-operator environment, thereby ensuring prompt handling and delivery of postal articles
