Framework for Freephone services in the 800 range: Report on Consulation and Decision

This Decision is limited to freephone services in the '800' numbering range.

This document includes requirements to service providers to provide interconnection which is important in a competitive market with multiple operators, the possibility of accessing freephone numbers from mobile phones, and an introduction of a new numbering range which would include freephone numbers which are free to the caller even if calls are originating from a mobile phone.
