Consumer Perception Survey on Bundle Services β 2025
The MCA is publishing the findings of its consumer perception survey on bundle services, conducted between August and October 2025. This research examines household experiences with local bundle services, providing insights into consumer perceptions of expenditure patterns, bundle preferences and motivations, quality of service, reliability and switching behaviour. It also highlights end usersβ awareness of contract terms.
