2023: MCA Business Perception Survey - Postal Services

The current research gathers insights on how businesses perceive and engage with postal services offered in Malta, the various postal options that these businesses utilise, and their satisfaction with the services offered. The sample primarily consists of micro-sized enterprises since the majority of businesses in Malta are establishments with up to 9 employees. To provide a more comprehensive view, however, the MCA is publishing two separate documents, one detailing the main survey findings for all businesses (main survey) and the latter focuses on the small, medium and large businesses (booster survey).
