The purpose of this consultation is to seek input on the proposed introduction of a test and a trial spectrum licensing scheme.
Stakeholders are to submit their feedback on the test and trial license document and the accompanying test and trial application forms by the 21st September 2009. Feedback is to be emailed to testandtrial@mca.org.mt.
