This consultation document proposes that the Quality of Service (QoS) Targets, to be achieved by MaltaPost for the following three year period, be revised upwards.
The MCA is also proposing that the QoS target for the single piece priority mail caters also for loss and substantial delay.
Furthermore, the MCA is aking proposals in relation to the code of practice ("Committed to Customer Care") published by MaltaPost plc and for the latter to submit a more detailed annual report on the complaints received including any emerging and recurring issues and actions taken to correct them.
The consultation will run from the 18th August 2010 to the 17th September 2010 during which time the MCA welcomes written comments on any of the issues raised in the paper.
