The forum took place on 05 April, 2013. In addition to the current developments at the local and EU leve, an overview of the Commission's proposal for a Regulation on measures to reduce the cost of deploying high-speed electronic communications networks was presented. Attendees were also given details of the ENISA technical guidelines on reporting incidents.
