Submissions are to be received by the Authority by not later than 16:00pm 19th October 2009.
Today radio links form part of electronic communications networks, broadcasting networks as well as private networks. The need to revise the existing fees was felt for a number of years. The objective is to establish a new fee structure that incentives efficient use of spectrum and acts as an enabler of further investment.
This consultation paper outlines the proposals underpinning the new fee structure. Interested parties are invited to make submissions relevant to this issue.
