The MCA is hereby presenting for national consultation, its proposed decision on the markets for the provision of dedicated capacity over leased lines in Malta.
This is in accordance with the EU Regulatory Framework of electronic communications networks and services.
The consultation period shall run from the 31st of July to the 28th of September 2012.
