The European Commission has launched a public consultation on a proposed framework for the selection and authorisation of operators to provide mobile satellite services (MSS) across Europe.
The consultation, which opened on 30 March, will close on 30 May 2007, until when interested parties can send their comments by email to: INFSO-B-2GHZMSS@ec.europa.eu.
Interested parties are also asked to send their comments by email to: info@mca.org.mt addressed to the Chief of Policy and Planning, Malta Communications Authority.
