The Malta Communications Authority is hereby informing the general public that with immediate effect it has withdrawn the General Authorisation which Open Networks Ltd (Reg. C44380) enjoyed under the Electronic Communications Networks and Services (General) Regulations.
The Authority will proceed to take all the necessary legal proceedings if it results that Open Networks Ltd is providing electronic communications services in breach of the applicable electronic communications legislation.
