Questions and clarifications about this tender are welcome and should be submitted to the Procurement Officer on tenders@mca.org.mt by email before Wednesday 8th June, 2011. MCA will aim to give responses to questions by e-mail within five working days i.e. before Wednesday 15th June, 2011.
