This proposed decision applies to premium rate services, which are those services that are accessible to subscribers of electronic communications by means of a telephone number starting with the digit ‘5’.
One of the principle objectives of this document is to maximise consumer protection whilst encouraging competition in premium rate services to the benefit of the general public, the operators and the content providers.
This proposed decision is open for comments until 31st July 2010
