The Malta Communications Authority is headed by a Board, which is responsible for the overall direction of the Authority and for the delivery of the Authority's mandate.
The Board approves the Authority's strategic and business plans as well as its annual budget, and oversees the execution of these by the Authority's executive.
It meets, as a minimum, once a month, in order to review the activities of the Authority and approve decisions to be issued by the Authority.
